Throughout his life, Woody took the role of caretaker to heart and felt passionately that part of his duty was to carry on the legacy of those who paid the ultimate sacrifice and their Gold Star Families. In much the same way, we as a community must be the “Caretakers” of Woody’s vision and our mission.
