Benjamin A Phillips was an Army Veteran and a Navy Reservist when he passed, due to PTSD. He was deployed to Afghanistan and was a Sea Bee in the Navy. When he was in Army Boot Camp he was the youngest on the base and got to cut the Army Birthday Cake with the Saber and the Generals.
