Staff members are an essential component to the implementation of the organization’s programs, strategy, and business development.
The Founders Advisory Board was established to identify and recognize the founders of the organization who have provided significant service to the Foundation since the beginning. Our founders continue to serve the Foundation by providing guidance and advice to the Board of Directors and Foundation Officers and projects or committees.
Honorary Board Members are those individuals who assist the Hershel “Woody” Williams Medal of Honor Foundation by providing particular expertise in regard to the activities aimed at our mission to honor, recognize, and serve Gold Star Families. These Honorary Board Members are an integral part of our initiatives of establishing Gold Star Families Memorial Monuments and hosting Gold Star Family outreach events as well as helping to raise awareness about Gold Star Families across the Unites States.
