My dad is my absolute hero. He re-joined the Army National Guard after the September 11 attacks, alongside my brother. He did many tours to Iraq and Afghanistan, and unfortunately missed my whole senior year serving our country, oh so very proudly.
I miss him every day and wish I knew the mental struggles that he faced every day since 2004. He came back a different man and sadly, lost the battle here at home December 17th, 2020.
Would love to be able to take his grandson, my brother, and my husband to Memphis to watch my dad's all-time favorite team, The Arkansas Razorbacks! Woo Pig!
