Spc. Maxey Parish loved serving his country, almost more than being a father to his 3 sons: Hank, William, and Daniel. He reenlisted immediately following the events of 9/11 and proceeded to serve until his passing in 2010.
If he wasn't hunting or fishing, he was sure to be found with a guitar in his hands, or in the saddle of one of his horses, but always with that sly grin on his face and a laugh from his heart.
