15 years in the Army. Viet Nam veteran. Master parachutist. Special Operations helicopter pilot with the 160th SOAR (ABN). Decorations include Silver Star, 2 Bronze Stars with Valor device, 2 purple hearts, Meritorious Service Medal, and other campaign, combat, and service medals.
KIA and lost at sea in Oct 1983 in cooperation with the Urgent Fury campaign.
Survived by his wife, Diana, daughter, Josie, and son Dominic. They, and 5 grandchildren he never knew, will always call him their hero.
