Stephen is the Director of Development for the Woody Williams Foundation. As part of our team, he works with our Board of Directors, staff, corporate partners, foundations, and individual donors to grow funding and support for all aspects of our work.
Stephen has over 15 years of fundraising experience throughout Louisville and Central Kentucky, previously working with the Lincoln Heritage Council - Boy Scouts of America, Family & Children’s Place, and United Way. In addition to working with several established non-profit organizations, he was also a founding board member of Mentor Shelby Kids, a mentoring program which was started in Shelby County, Kentucky.
He holds a BA in Bible and Theology from Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee. Stephen and his wife have three boys. Both sides of their family have an extensive history serving in the U.S. Armed Forces, with Grandfathers that served in World War II to family members who are currently on active duty.
Stephen is very active with his church and also serves on the Shelby County Commerce Enhancement Board, helping to distribute scholarships to local students in the community.
